OptiPhy is a free workout tracker and gym log built around the work you actually do: workouts you design, sets you log, meals you plan, and a muscle map that shows what you've trained. No filler, no feed — just you versus last week.
Free to start. No card required. Your data stays yours.
3 movements · 10 sets
2 movements · 7 sets
OptiPhy covers the whole loop — plan it, do it, log it, eat for it, measure it — in four tabs that respect your time in the gym.
A curated library of movements with target muscles, difficulty, and step-by-step how-to cues — so every exercise you pick, you pick for a reason.
Compose your own sessions with steppers: sets, reps or timed holds, working weight, rest. Save them and run them on repeat.
Tick off sets as you go and record actual reps and weight. Every rep feeds your progress history and your Analysis.
A calorie target computed from your body and goal, and day-by-day meal plans with real amounts and a macro ring you fill as you eat.
Body weight, measurements, and lift progression on clean trend charts. See the line move and know which weeks moved it.
Planned for OptiPhy Exclusive: wearable sync will connect to Health Connect, so heart rate and active calories flow in from your watch — Samsung, Fitbit, and anything else that writes to it. Not yet available.
Bench · Overhead press · Dip
Deadlift · Pull-up
Squat · Lunge
Start from the handbook, pick your movements, and shape each one with steppers — sets, rep ranges or timed holds, load, and rest. Save it, and every workout carries its own gold-to-ember spine so your list reads at a glance.
Your calorie target comes from your actual stats and goal. A ring fills as you log the day's meals, and multi-day plans lay out real food in real amounts — so hitting your numbers is a checklist, not a math problem.

Every logged set becomes a data point. OptiPhy maps each session onto a muscle heatmap so you see exactly what you trained, trends your lifts and body weight. Wearable heart-rate and calorie sync from your watch is coming soon.
THE APP STANDS ON ITS OWN.
THE COACH MAKES IT SHARPER.
Everything above works without a single AI feature. But because OptiPhy already holds your workouts, logs, and meals, its built-in coach starts with something no chatbot has: your actual numbers.
Grounded in your profile, logs, and plan — not generic advice
Answers are grounded in your profile, your logged sessions, and your plans — advice that fits your last 14 sessions, not the average person's.
Tell it what you like, what you're avoiding, and how you train — it drafts multi-day plans that land on your calorie and protein targets, saved straight to your Fuel tab.
Snap a physique photo for honest pointers on balance and weak points, or a plate of food for a quick calorie estimate. Photos stay private and deletable.
Clear safety rails: no diagnoses, no crash-diet advice, no reckless loading. It pushes you, within reason.
The training core is free forever. Paid tiers add the coach and deeper analysis, with wearable-powered insight coming soon.

Yes — no subscription is needed to track. The free tier is the complete training loop: browse the handbook, build and save workouts, log every session with automatic rest timers, get a calorie target, follow a meal plan, and track your body weight. Plus and Exclusive add the AI coach and deeper analysis on top; they don't unlock the basics.
Log every set as you train — weight, reps, and rest are captured in the guided set player. That history feeds your progress analytics and a muscle heat-map body graph, so you can see strength trends per lift and which muscle groups are actually getting work.
The muscle heat map draws your logged training onto an anatomical front-and-back body graph. Muscles you train often light up; ones you've skipped stay cold — so lagging muscle groups show up in your data, not guesswork in the mirror.
Generic AI plans are hit-or-miss because they don't know you. OptiPhy's coach reads your profile, your logged sessions, your meal plan, and (coming soon on OptiPhy Exclusive) your wearable data before it answers — programs and meal plans built from what you actually lift and eat, not a template.
It depends on the goal and the lift — many lifters rest 60–90 seconds on moderate, higher-rep sets and 2–3 minutes on heavy compound work. Whatever interval works for you, OptiPhy starts an automatic rest timer after every logged set, so you never have to watch the clock.
Wearable sync is coming soon. When it ships, OptiPhy will connect to Health Connect on Android, so any device or app that writes to it will work — Samsung Health, Fitbit, and many more. Heart rate and active calories will then flow into your Analysis. Apple Health support will follow with the iOS release.
No. Nothing sensitive is collected without explicit consent, everything is stored encrypted, and delete means delete. There's no social feed broadcasting your activity, photos are used only for the analysis you asked for, and you can revoke consent and remove your data anytime. Details in our privacy policy.
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period, and everything you built and logged stays with you on the free tier.
OptiPhy is Android-first during early access, but it's built cross-platform from day one — the iOS version ships from the same codebase, with Apple Health support, once the Android experience is solid.
