OptiPhy started from a simple frustration: most fitness apps are feeds, streaks, and noise. We wanted the opposite — a tool that respects the work you actually do in the gym and gets out of the way.
Plenty of apps lead with "AI." We flipped it. OptiPhy is a genuinely good training app on its own — build workouts, log every set, plan meals, watch progress compound — and it's free. The coach is there when you want it, and because it already holds your real data, it gives advice that fits your last few weeks, not the average person's.
That order matters. A coach that doesn't know your numbers is just a chatbot. A training app you'll actually open every day is the foundation everything else stands on.
OptiPhy is in early access on Android. It's built cross-platform from day one, so iOS ships from the same codebase with Apple Health support once the Android experience is dialed in. We'd rather ship something real and improve it in the open than promise the world on day one.
