You can permanently delete your OptiPhy account and everything tied to it, at any time. Deletion is real — your data is removed from our systems, not just hidden.
Open OptiPhy and go to Account → Delete account. Confirm with your password. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately and permanently erased 30 days after the request day. Change your mind? Just log back in before then to cancel.

Everything we hold for your account: your email and login, your profile (goals, height, weight, and other health metrics), your workouts, meal plans, executed-session logs, body-weight history, and your entire coach chat. Photos you sent for AI analysis are never stored on our servers in the first place — they're used only to generate a response and then discarded.
Deletion is scheduled the moment you request it and completed 30 days after the request day. The 30-day window is a safety grace period so an accidental or malicious deletion can be undone by simply logging in; after it passes, erasure is permanent and irreversible.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → OptiPhy, so you aren't billed again.
